Helping Each-other Achieve Light (HEAL) is a student group at the University of Toronto providing a supportive environment where students can nurture their personal growth and inner light through mindfulness and well-being practices. Our objectives include promoting regular mindfulness practices, offering resources for stress and anxiety management, building a close-knit community, increasing awareness about mental health, and facilitating personal growth and confidence. Our mission is to support students in achieving inner peace, clarity, and balance through inclusive and nurturing activities that address the pressures of academic and work life. We are committed to offering accessible events, providing a safe space for discussing mental health, and fostering inner growth to build a strong, supportive community. By focusing on inner growth and confidence, we aim to empower students to manage stress, enhance their well-being, and thrive both personally and academically.
