Science Colloquium at the University of Toronto aims to foster a culture of enquiry and a passion for science in the undergraduate student body through hosting colloquium and guest lectures. By inviting professors from UofT and other prestigious campuses throughout North America we aim to bring to light fields of interest in the different sciences by focusing on the vast interconnected web of research that is happening both at UofT and at other campuses in the present age. The Colloquium will be aimed at a non-technical undergraduate audience in the hopes of informing them of the state of scientific development and bringing to light questions and topics of interest that they would otherwise not be exposed to.
