BalanceLifestyle UTSC

BalanceLifestyle’s mission is to promote a healthy lifestyle for UTSC students as we often forget to take care of ourselves with the amount of stress and studying we have. We tend to grab unhealthy snacks since they seem the easiest, we forget to sleep, give our brains a break and live humanely. Our club will be a safe space for students to relax and de-stress through our events and activities. Some activities will include making stress balls, weekly meditation sessions, game nights and more! We are also here to remind everyone how important mental health is! Our social media applications will have monthly talk shows on various topics such as procrastination, time management, study habits and balancing a healthy lifestyle along with school. Our objective is to make BalanceLifestyle a safe space for students to enjoy other aspects of life. This club is an amazing opportunity to make friends, relax and learn about such topics regarding mental health and what works for you! We believe that students can thrive academically while also nurturing their passions, hobbies and interests. Together we will create balance between your academics and personal lives!
