United for Literacy at U of T St. George is a non-profit, volunteer-run student organization at the University of Toronto. Our program fosters the development of skills in basic literacy, numeracy, and English as a Second Language for elementary, secondary and adult learners. We believe literacy is a right. We work with volunteers and community partners to give people the skills and confidence they need to reach their potential!

United for Literacy is active at about 35 university and college campuses from coast to coast. Here at UofT St. George, we run 6 different programs at 4 different locations in downtown Toronto.
