The purpose of Future Black Female Jurists is to fill a gap in representation at the University of Toronto. To create a community for Black pre-law students to confidently pursue their goals. To provide aspiring Black female lawyers with the inspirations, role models and hopefully connections to grow the number of Black female lawyers holding executive positions or in predominately white and/or male legal fields. To become a microphone for Black women on campus to safely voice their complaints and advocate for better.
