Green Leading is the first student-led sustainability incubator at the University of Toronto. Our goal is to advance student innovation and leadership in sustainability and climate action through “campaigns.” Green Leading campaigns address various issues related to climate change and environmental degradation across campus, guided by the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). To bring the ideas to fruition, we provide our campaigns with funding, mentorship, and connections to institutional partners.

We aim to leverage the passion and creativity of students to address critical environmental issues in a tangible and pragmatic approach, promoting sustainable practices, and cultivating future environmental leaders. By aligning our initiatives with the SDGs, we ensure a holistic approach to sustainability that encompasses environmental, social, and economic dimensions.
