Ground-Up Startups UTM

Ground-Up Startups UTM is a student-led club dedicated to empowering entrepreneurial students at the University of Toronto to build impactful startups from the ground up. Whether you’re an individual with a big idea or part of a team ready to execute, this is the place to connect, build, and grow outside of the classroom.

Our mission is to lower the barrier to entry for entrepreneurship by providing students with a collaborative environment, practical resources, and a strong community of like-minded peers.

Members can expect:

• Weekly co-working sessions and accountability check-ins

• Skill-building workshops and seminars open to all UofT students

• Talks and AMA sessions with credible founders and industry experts

• Opportunities to meet potential co-founders and collaborators
