Healing Sounds of Music is a group of undergraduate and graduate students devoted to bettering the lives of others through music. To do this, we perform and teach music to sick and elderly people around downtown Toronto and the GTA, including at the Toronto Grace Hospital and the Annex Retirement Home. Our club includes both an all-experience-levels choir that meets every week to practice choral music in preparation for our performances and a group of instrumental musicians that perform their own music, either in small ensembles or solo. In addition, we host events such as jam sessions, karaoke nights, and other get-togethers to build community amongst performers. We are always accepting new members of all skill levels!
