Health for Homeless is a medical student-led non-profit working to alleviate barriers to accessible healthcare faced by Canada’s Homeless Population. We would love for you to join us in working towards advancing health equity in Canada’s unhoused population 💙
To date, we:
💸  Created low-barrier sock pantries to address rising foot infections amongst individuals experiencing homelessness ($70,000 socks stocked)
📚 Delivered workshops exploring the intersectional and person-centered lens of homelessness to high school and elementary students
👥 Organized a national conference with key stakeholders discussing homelessness in Ontario
🎙Host our very own podcast featuring exciting guests working at the intersection of health inequity and homeless
