Health for Homeless is a youth-led organization working to alleviate barriers to accessible healthcare faced by Canada’s Homeless Population. We would love for you to join us in working towards advancing health equity in Canada’s unhoused population 💙
To date, we:
💸  Created low-barrier sock pantries to address rising foot infections amongst individuals experiencing homelessness ($15,000)
👥 Organized a national conference with key stakeholders discussing homelessness in Ontario
🎙Host our very own podcast featuring exciting guests working at the intersection of health inequity and homeless
📚 Are currently working towards creating a high school educational workshop series at high schools across the GTA
