The KarEer Jobster Coffee-chat (KEJC),  is a program supported by Jobster, which powers career development through professional networking and mentorship programs, proven to improve employee retention. Every year, Jobster provides 7 million jobs for students. Those “coffee-chats” will be held every weekend near or inside the UTSG campus. Every event, numerous senior consultants will be invited to do presentations, as well as to answer students’ questions about their career path. Most importantly, students who attend our coffee chat events, will surely get opportunities to draw connections with people who work in their same field, and those people are most likely to be senior and knowledgeable about the field they are working on.
