The purpose, objectives, mission, and mandate of the organization are to invite opportunity and clarity to all students in Medicine at UofT or those deciding to join it. We understand that many students are easily discouraged from this path simply because there seems to be only one set path to follow to enter medical school, forgetting the entire purpose of University: OPPORTUNITY. The club is here to provide information regarding the MCAT, medical school requirements, and other educational pathways so everyone can understand and look for them. We not only provide info for the future, but we can also provide and sponsor other medical-related opportunities, such as bringing more attention to other courses, research opportunities, where to look for opportunities, and even offer a guideline on how to use the University to its max potential, after all, University is an investment in yourself. This club will not only do that but also inspire others to follow their passion by bringing forth researchers, professors, and other fellow students to explain their stories. We believe that by sharing these stories, we can inspire others to pursue their passion in the medical or research field, and we will also bring people outside of the University to bring voice to jobs in the medical field or research field that is not brought to light often.
