Orphan Care Initiative (OCI) UTSC

Orphan Care Initiative is a not-for-profit student organization at the University of Toronto that aims to raise awareness, advocate and provide aid to orphaned children. OCI will do so by fundraising, volunteering and hosting engaging educational sessions regarding orphan care systems, factors impacting the health and well-being of orphans, and long-term challenges faced by these individuals. The goal of the Orphan Care Initiative is to bring forth a compassionate community of students and faculty members who are driven to enhance the overall well-being of these vulnerable individuals. We believe that advocating and providing practical support to orphaned children across the globe will allow them to lead a future filled with happiness and success.
