The PCSA is a student-led organization dedicated to championing the mental health and well-being of graduate students at the University of Toronto. We believe that fostering resilience is key to thriving in the demanding world of academia, and we are committed to creating a supportive community that empowers graduate students to face challenges with strength and confidence.
Our mission is simple yet powerful: to connect, advocate, and empower. We understand that the graduate journey can be both rewarding and challenging, and our goal is to foster a community where students can connect with each other, advocate for their well-being, and empower themselves with the tools and resources needed to navigate their academic pursuits.
In collaboration with Student Life Health and Wellness, the PCSA seeks to raise awareness about mental health, break down stigma, and ensure that every graduate student has access to the support they need. As stewards of resilience empowerment, we maintain the Graduate Wellness Guidebook and hope to promote a culture of well-being and encourage open dialogue about mental health.
Join us in our journey to create a community where graduate students can thrive academically, emotionally, and mentally.
