Students Against Cancer (SAC) St George

Students Against Cancer (SAC) is dedicated to raising awareness about cancer, supporting patients, and fundraising for cancer research. Our mission is threefold:

  1. Awareness: Educate students and the community on various types of cancer, prevention strategies, and early detection through workshops, survivor talks, and collaborations with medical professionals.
  2. Support: Offer opportunities to directly help cancer patients through volunteer programs, care package drives, and letter-writing campaigns that bring encouragement to those battling cancer.
  3. Fundraising: Organize impactful events like charity runs, auctions, and galas to raise funds for cancer research institutions and patient support organizations.

By joining, members can expect to participate in meaningful campaigns, contribute to patient care, and become part of a compassionate community committed to making a real difference in the fight against cancer. Whether you’re passionate about advocacy, volunteering, or event planning, there’s a place for you in our club!
