The University of Toronto Cohere Student Chapter (UofTCohere) is a student-led community for students interested in machine learning, AI research, and the rapidly evolving world of large language models. Our goal is to make frontier AI more accessible by creating a space where students with different levels of experience can learn, discuss, and connect.

Through paper reading sessions, beginner-friendly topic introductions, guest speakers, workshops, and informal discussions, members will explore both foundational ML concepts and current research directions. Meetings are designed to be approachable for students who are new to AI while still offering technical depth for those with prior experience.
