The University of Toronto Mine Rescue Club is a collegiate club that is committed to educating students about mine rescue and emergency response. The club’s mission is to train members in emergency response strategies, equip them with essential rescue skills, participate in intercollegiate mining rescue competitions, and foster a culture of safety in the mining industry. The club shall follow all practices in the mine rescue and recovery operations as documented by Ontario Mine Rescue.
