University of Toronto Republic of Movie Believers (UTRMB) is a community for movie and film lovers who are passionate about storytelling and visual arts. Each year, we produce one annual short film, allowing members to participate in every stage of the filmmaking process—from scriptwriting to post-production. In addition, we work on other exciting film and video-related projects throughout the year, providing opportunities to learn, collaborate, and explore creative ideas in a supportive environment. Whether you’re an experienced filmmaker or just starting out, there’s a place for you here!
