UofT Women in Economics strives to create an inclusive environment for women who are pursuing an economics program, are currently in an economics class, or are generally interested in economics. Economics is currently a male-dominated field, and UofT WIE strives to uplift and support women in this field through events showcasing, helping and connecting women in hopes of encouraging more women to get involved in economics.
