The University of Toronto offers countless research opportunities for its students, yet many remain unaware of them. The Undergraduate Research Students’ Association (URSA) is a student club dedicated to helping students navigate the world of research, offering tips on applying for positions, hosting guest speakers talking about their experiences with researchers, and inspiring students to consider careers in academia.
Each campus has its own unique research opportunities. The UTM subdivision of the club aims to provide opportunities for community-building, networking, and academic pursuits within the Mississauga campus, with the goal that students will get a chance to be further exposed to the numerous research opportunities and pathways available to them at UTM.
