Our mission is to promote the inclusion, support, and advancement of women-identifying individuals in academic and research careers. Through community-building, mentorship, and advocacy, WIRA seeks to foster an inclusive academic environment where diverse perspectives are valued, and women can thrive as scholars, leaders, and changemakers.
