What to Expect as an Associate
As an associate, you will:
- Learn by doing — take on real responsibilities from day one
- Work in a small, collaborative team
- Play a flexible role that adapts to the needs of the organization
- Support work that matters — conferences, publications, strategic partnerships, and more
Expect about 2~4 hours of work a week, and possibly more depending on the role and during peak seasons.
