This involves designing and coordinating various events, and fostering team collaboration through close cooperation with other departments. The department also oversees on-site coordination, ensures the success of each event, and conducts data analysis on event outcomes to improve future planning and enhance the quality of all upcoming club activities.

This department actively seeks sponsors who can benefit university students in their studies and daily lives and takes charge of negotiating with them, acting as the “club diplomats.” It is also responsible for communication with school officials, securing more funding to support the club’s activities, and promoting sponsors to serve students while boosting sponsor visibility.
