Advancing Equity in Research Assembly (AERA) is a student group with the goal of providing STEM resources to students at the University of Toronto and in Ontario high schools through meetings, events, and opportunities hosted by the organisation. These include workshops with guest speakers or organisations and networking, opportunities to organise important events like an upcoming research conference, lessons about underrepresented illnesses, and club socials.
