motionball for Special Olympics is a national nonprofit organization that hosts social and sporting events in cities across the country to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics Canada Foundation. motionball’s mandate is to engage the next generation of volunteers and leaders – Canada’s students and young professionals – to make their schools and communities more inclusive for individuals with intellectual disabilities. motionball created a motionballu chapter which opened the door for university students to create a more inclusive campus. The goal of motionball for Special Olympics- University of Toronto Student Chapter is to promote inclusion and healthy living by providing students and local special Olympic athletes the opportunity to interact, build friendships and play sports together.
