Mindfulness practices are beneficial for everyone’s physical and mental well-being and growth. Our meditation event includes guided sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful movement exercise, and group sharing. The facilitators are from the Dharma Drum Mountain Toronto Meditation Team.
