Canadian Asian Student Social (CASS) St George

Canadian Asian Student Society (CASS) is Ontario’s largest Asian post-secondary social network. Our main focus is to enrich student life by balancing aspects of academic achievement as well as enhancing students’ social atmosphere. We are spread across all three campuses at the University of Toronto—including the St. George, Scarborough, and Mississauga campuses—as well as McMaster University, York University, OCAD, the University of Western Ontario, the University of Waterloo, and Queens University.

To promote unity within the universities mentioned, CASS organizes events and student activities. We host social gatherings, provide academic seminars, present volunteering opportunities, organize sporting events, and plan annual trips all in hopes of creating a sense of community with not only each other but with associations in and outside of school. In short, CASS offers a wide range of social, cultural, academic, and philanthropic activities, and we provide opportunities for students to learn more about different cultures in a comfortable environment. Our goal is to provide a hospitable environment for students in their academic years scholastically, culturally, and socially — to ultimately aid in creating a memorable university experience.
