The purpose of the Comic Book Club is to create an inclusive community where members can explore, appreciate, and discuss comic books and graphic novels while promoting literacy, creativity, and connection. Our mission is to foster a deeper understanding of storytelling and visual art by engaging members in weekly discussions, creative workshops, guest speaker sessions, and collaborative projects such as club anthologies or digital comics. The club aims to develop members’ skills in writing, illustration, and critical thinking, while also celebrating diverse voices and genres within the comic medium. This initiative is to bring together students through comic books and comic-related media.
