UTQC is a student-led organization dedicated to building a dynamic and inclusive community around quantum computing at U of T. We aim to bridge the gap between undergraduate students and the fast-growing quantum ecosystem through education, research, and industry connection.
Our initiatives include faculty- and industry-led lecture sessions, technical workshops, research presentation opportunities, and direct coordination between students and faculty or industry partners to support undergraduate involvement in cutting-edge quantum research. We also collaborate with other institutions across North America to expand access to resources and mentorship.
Whether you’re curious about the fundamentals or actively working on quantum projects, UTQC is a place to explore, connect, and grow. Students from all disciplines and experience levels are welcome.
UofT Quantum Computing Club (UTQC)
St George, St George
The University of Toronto Quantum Computing club serves to bring the UofT Quantum Computing community together as well as introduce Quantum Computing to all who are interested. As a rich resource hub and a professional development group, we provide seminars, talks, and crash courses introducing academia to the general undergraduate community. We also operate as an organized team for competing in related hackathons and coding competitions. Moreover, there are intraclub projects emulating a research-group-like environment to foster research ability and vision. Students of all backgrounds are encouraged to join and learn with us from |0> up.
