The Drama Coalition works to generate and promote interest in extracurricular theatre at the University of Toronto and to foster relationships between the various dramatic groups and societies. The Drama Coalition strives to represent and connect all colleges and groups across UofT’s campuses as well as provide a convenient landing place to provide anyone interested with information on auditions, backstage opportunities, upcoming shows and more.

The Drama Coalition is additionally responsible for the University of Toronto Drama Festival, a week of student written, directed, and performed theatre that is hosted by Hart House Theatre as well as organizing “The Dougies”, an end of year celebration to recognize students’ excellence in extracurricular theatre.
