First Gen in Med Club aims to support and empower first-generation students at the University of Toronto, who are pursuing careers in medicine by providing mentorship, resources, and a strong, diverse network of like-minded students and medical professionals. We plan to achieve these goals and engage with the larger university community by hosting a virtual mentorship program, networking mixers, speaker events and educational workshops.
