Nigerian Students’ Association (NSA) St George

The Nigerian voice has always been proud, hospitable, jubilant, and loud. It is the voice of various peoples united under a common banner of green and white; peace, unity, and progress. It is the mission of the NSA to embolden that voice by promoting an awareness of Nigerian culture, politics, and people as they exist in the global and UofT communities, while at the same time supporting the exceptional achievements of Nigerian—and other—students at the U of T. In keeping with our tradition of hospitality, the NSA welcomes all who wish to join. At NSA, we know how easy it is to feel as though you’re getting lost in the crowd, or that you haven’t found your people. It is our goal with every event we host to encourage people to connect, to laugh, and to learn something new about Nigerian culture. We give back to our community by creating bonds that last and letting students on campus know that they can count on us to have their back.
