Our mission is threefold:
- Act as an open-source repository of comprehensive fitness (including strength, cardiovascular health, nutrition) material that is thoroughly referenced (i.e., supported by first principles anatomy or academic research findings) and caters to people at different stages in their fitness journeys
- Provide direct guidance and programming to general members that can actionably take them closer to their fitness goals
- Connect students with an interest in fitness with each other (and with professionals in the fitness community) by hosting live, in-person events
