In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.

TEDxUTSC is a independently organized conference held under the leadership of youth and students who are attending University of Toronto Scarborough for the greater Scarborough community. Every year we aim to have a diverse group of speakers including those from LGBTQ+, Indigenous, racialized communities and passionate students/alumni/faculty from our Scarborough community who have an idea worth spreading.
