The United World Colleges Student Chapter at the University of Toronto aims to foster a sense of community amongst fellow UWC alumni and with the broader community. In line with UWC values, its core principles are intercultural understanding, celebration of difference, and mutual responsibility and respect. By creating this group, we hope to bring lively and relevant conversations to the UofT community where personal experience and perspectives outside of the status quo are not only tolerated, but embraced. Overall, we hope to give opportunity to current and incoming students to find community and connection amidst the challenges of post-secondary.

Goals: 

→ To establish a network amongst UWC alumni within the UofT campus. 

→ Foster the ideals and mission of UWC at the university.

→ Host social events to connect and help international students. 

→ Provide spaces for discussion regarding current events.
