Finance and economics are central to national prosperity and social stability. Economics, which studies the production, distribution, and consumption of resources, directly affects national development and people’s livelihoods. A robust economic system provides employment opportunities and improves productivity, enhancing national power. Finance ensures the circulation and reasonable allocation of funds, crucial for business growth and economic development. The University of Toronto excels in economics globally, but its Chinese community lacks networking in finance and economics. This student group aims to establish a broad Chinese financial and economic network, offering career and academic opportunities, promoting teamwork, and nurturing future leaders and innovators.
