What is Pilates?
Pilates is an exercise system that trains the whole body for strength and flexibility. It helps improve posture and helps reduce tension and strain in the body. Pilates is versatile, it is for everyone, and you can do it anywhere!
The student group UofpilaTes aims to give students an opportunity to:
-Learn more about Pilates
-Receive information about pilates studios in Toronto
-Sign up for free beginner classes given by a Uoft student who is a certified Pilates instructor
It is a low commitment club that is meant to be welcoming, inclusive and fun!
As a general member:
– Monthly emails will be sent regarding upcoming events (i.e. forms to sign up for free beginner classes given by certified pilates instructor).
