UTM RDR (Regional Diversity Roundtable at UTM) is a student-led group committed to fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion on campus. Affiliated with the Regional Diversity Roundtable (RDR), we bring anti-racism and anti-oppression education directly to the UTM community through engaging workshops, speaker panels, and collaborative events. Our goal is to create safe spaces for dialogue, reflection, and action on issues like institutional racism, lived experiences, and systemic barriers. By joining, members can expect meaningful discussions, leadership opportunities, and connections with peers and professionals who are passionate about social change.
