Strength and Lifting Society is UTM’s home for students who love to lift — whether you’re new to the gym or you’ve been weight training for a while. We’re all about strength training, weightlifting, and building a community where people push themselves and each other to grow. We host group lift sessions, form workshops, guest talks, and events that mix fitness with fun. Our goal is to make the gym a more welcoming space and help members level up in and out of the weight room. Expect good vibes, real progress, and lots of iron.
