Volunteer Interpretation Service for Koreans (VISK) provides students at the University of Toronto with opportunities to interpret North/South Koreans in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We connect English/Korean-speaking students to interpret various services within GTA including medical and social services. This is a great experience and opportunity for students from various programs of study to utilize their knowledge outside of the classroom and communication skills to help North/South Koreans in real-life situations. To be part of the club, students must have fluent communicative skills in both English and Korean. We invite all students with these requirements enrolled at the University of Toronto to be a part of VISK.
