The Women & Gender Studies Student Union (WGSSU) facilitates and promotes a feminist undergraduate community that is centered around community care, social justice activism, and radical scholarship. WGSSU connects WGS students with grassroots organizations, WGSI faculty, and fosters connections between undergraduate and graduate students. Each year, WGSSU organizes both academic and social events for the undergraduate student body in Women & Gender Studies.

The WGSSU at the University of Toronto provides students with the opportunity to develop relationships that empower and cultivate a well-rounded learning environment on campus and beyond.
