World is Moe the Second WIM II was formerly known as World is Moe (WIM). WIM II aims to provide a platform for UTSC Mandarin-speaking ACG culture enthusiasts to interact and have fun. WIM II organizes regular orientation sessions, dinners, and outings to help UTSC Mandarin-speaking students integrate into the Toronto area’s ACG culture better.
