Cycle Sync is a new student club focused on women’s health, hormone education, and empowerment through open discussion, movement, and advocacy. The club creates a supportive space where students can learn how to live in sync with their menstrual cycles, hosting fitness sessions tailored to different hormonal phases (like high-intensity workouts during the follicular phase and low-impact movement during the luteal phase), peer-led “girl talk” circles about mood, mental health, and birth control, and table discussions on women’s rights and health justice. Cycle Sync aims to break the silence around hormonal health, share science-based resources, and advocate for change on issues like menstrual equity and reproductive access. By combining wellness, education, and activism, the club empowers students to understand their bodies, support one another, and challenge stigma around women’s health.
