Sikh Students’ Association SSA UTM UTM

The purpose of the UTM Sikh Student Association is to promote and raise awareness of Sikhi (Sikhism) and its history at the University of Toronto Mississauga Campus. We strive to further the spiritual, social, and academic development of Sikh students on campus, while simultaneously advocating for Sikh student interests. We provide a medium for Sikh and non-Sikh students to share and discuss about religion and spirituality. This is all achieved through educational discussion groups, religious and language classes, religious events involving Kirtan, Gurbani, and Gatka, and Q/A sessions with knowledgeable guest speakers on a variety of topics.
