University of Toronto Naginata Club (UTNC)

This student group is dedicated to the practice and study of Atarashii Naginata (Modern Naginata) and its growth in North America. The group helps to foster the development of Naginata practitioners and athletes within the university and collegiate communities of Canada by providing the opportunity to do and study modern Naginata within a university club context. Classical Naginata is also studied when an appropriate teacher (sensei) is present.
