The purpose of UTSC HOUSE OF OLIVES CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP will be to:
1. Provide a place for students interested in the Christian faith to hear about the Gospel, share their thoughts about the Christian faith, read the Chinese and English Bible, and join biblical study sessions (available in Hebrew, Greek, Chinese and English);
2. Provide a weekly meeting place for students of the Christian faith to meet, worship, and fellowship through the singing of hymns, studying of the Bible, hearing of biblically based messages, and discussions of Chinese and English Christian books;
3. Accommodate students with agape love and warmth so as to provide them with a place and opportunity to get to know each other, become friends, and help each other in their academic pursuits and daily life, especially for the accommodation of Chinese international students and Chinese Canadian students, but not in any way excluding other students from joining the group or its events;
4. Provide students interested in the Christian faith with the opportunity to attend cross-school, inter-provincial, and even cross-country (to the United States and China) Christian conferences and fellowships.
